The perfect option for anyone seeking a short but intense introduction into the world of surfing. After picking you up at your hotel, we bring you down to the beach to begin practicing some safety recommendations before hitting the waves. Our special teaching techniques will have you up in no time, and our patient and experienced instructors give you lots of tips along the way to help you find that perfect and balanced form on the board. Take a break to relax in our chairs under the shade of umbrellas, and refuel with fresh, juicy tropical fruit before you continue conquering the waves. When you’ve captured enough moments standing up and surfing from all kinds of angles, and your arms cannot take more paddling, we bring you back to your hotel. This is a fantastic experience that everyone should try, for sure!

Eventful day at Manuel Antonio

We had an awesome time doing our surf lessons through Dante’s Watersports! This was my second time doing this event six years apart and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Dante’s team is extremely friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy their time on the beach.

We had an excellent time surfing with Dante and team. We had an intimate surf lesson and the beach to ourselves! Our instructors William and Sebastien were wonderful instructors. With their guidance we were all able to get up on the surf board multiple times! Would highly recommend.

Kids had amazing surf lesson with Dante's team! Both kids got up and caught multiple waves! As a mom, I felt they were very safe the whole time. This was a highlight for us in Manuel Antonio!

This was my first international trip solo. Everything in Costa Rica was magical but of all the things I did, this surf school was the most fun. I live in Southern California and don’t surf but I now have the confidence and the skill set to do it. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Everything was so well organized and all of the instructors were so friendly and helpful. I was one on one with William and he was amazing. I honestly can’t wait to go back.

Dante and his team provided surf lessons for our teenagers and 5 and 6 year olds. Everyone learned and had a blast. It was fun for the parents to watch and the kids will never forget learning. Javier, William, Sebastian and Jadel were awesome teachers. They even got my 46 year old husband vertical on the board.
