Amazing time

This was a 5 star experience from beginning to end. We were given ample information about how parasail works when making our reservation and Melanie was very responsive and helpful. Our party of 6 including my 80+ yo mom had a blast. It was not mom’s first time parasailing but her first time on a jet ski (to and from the boat). I was worried she will freak out as she’s not a swimmer but Miguel and crew went above and beyond to ensure she got onto and off the jet ski and the boat safely without any hiccup. The view from the parasail was beautiful and the flight was smooth. Fantastic time and highly recommend.

Our family (our two teen girls, my wife, and I) decided to parasail for the first time ever during our week-long trip to Costa Rica. We chose Aguas Azules, and we had a fabulous time. First, Melanie, an owner of the business, communicated promptly with me in several emails to answer my questions, to confirm my reservations, and to allow me to delay our tour a day because of rain. Second, our VRBO concierge confirmed that Aguas Azules provided the safest, most conscientious parasail tours in the area. Third, our parasailing was superb! Melanie helped us park our car in the business’ parking area to avoid paying a $10 “fee” to watch our car. She then explained the entire process as the guys buckled us in. In just a few minutes, we were ready — and then the boat engine roared, we took a couple of steps, and my wife and I were suddenly flying! It was incredible! We chose two, double flights that were half an hour long, and I’m glad we did. We saw the whole southern oceanfront of Manuel Antonio park and watched the big waves crash against the magnificent rocky coast. I can’t think of a better place in the world to parasail than here. It’s definitely worth the price, and I highly recommend it. Five stars!
Super Accommodating!

My teen aged daughters wanted to go parasailing while we were in CR. They did a double and had a great time. What really separated this company from a parent's perspective, is how accommodating they were. We had some special requests that were accommodated with grace and ease. If you're looking at parasailing outfits at Manuel Antonio, your research just ended.

Experience full of thrill

I am not sure what's the difference between "beach parasailing" and "boat parasailing" since it shows those two activities to choose from. But since we were lead by a boat for parasailing, I chose boat parasailing. We did this over Manuel Antonio beach in Costa Rica. They picked us up from the hotel but they had said up front that since we are doing the activity at sunset, they won't be able to provide transportation back (they drive you back only if you do it before 2:30 pm and we were OK with that). Anyway, clear instructions on how to sit, what to expect when they dunk you in the water. (although I was bit scared since I don't swim, but the life vest was assuring). We had a wonderful experience. Jet skis came as soon as we were softly landed in the water and picked us up. The view was beautiful at sunset and we really enjoyed our first parasailing experience ever.

Our whole experience was awesome!
Melanie checked in with us the day before, making sure we knew where to meet up and was very helpful when it came to parking. Once we arrived, she and her staff set us up and made sure we felt safe every step of the way. After the excursion we stayed on the beach and she offered our boys boogie boards to use.
